Jerry Lewis is a man whose life story is shaped not by titles or accolades, but by a calling to serve others and reflect God’s love in everyday moments. From Center, Texas, to disaster sites and school auditoriums, Jerry’s mission has remained steady: be the hands and feet of Christ wherever he’s needed.
After stepping away from college to build his company at a young age, Jerry returned 20 years later to finish what he started, earning his associate’s degree from Panola College at 43. That chapter was more than academic; it was spiritual. It reflected the perseverance and humility that define his walk with God. Now pursuing a theology degree through New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Jerry is investing in his calling with renewed purpose.
But his ministry didn’t start in the classroom. For over 15 years, Jerry has mentored and supported youth in Shelby County, helping fund scholarships and championing young leaders. He’s also helped churches grow spiritually and physically by guiding them through the construction of new worship spaces as a trusted consultant and construction manager.
Yet Jerry’s most powerful ministry moments often happen unplanned. Whether pulling someone from a wrecked truck or hearing a child in a wheelchair talk about her love for Jesus, Jerry sees divine encounters in the everyday. His faith is not theoretical; it’s active, alive, and rooted in gratitude for God's grace.
Jerry Lewis lives with open hands and an open heart, trusting God to lead him daily. His journey is not about recognition; it's about obedience. Whether through words, work, or witness, Jerry continues to be a vessel of hope and encouragement to those around him.
